My background is in mental health. I previously worked in the NHS for over 10 years before qualifying as a personal trainer.
I ran the Brighton marathon in 2016.
Since then I've done various types of strenth training, from kettlebells to barbell training.
I've discovered a new love for my body that I never thought I'd have.
I'm now in the best shape of my life. I can do full push ups and pullups, I carry my own suitcase on holiday, and my clothes fit better than ever.
My passion is helping people, just like you, discover what their body can do and to help you realise how empowering that is.
I will help you overcome the nerves of stepping into the gym the first time, making sure you feel safe, at ease, and confident lifting weights and getting stronger.
